Description: The field of speech and language therapy (SLT) offers more opportunities for international engagement than one might initially think. Engaging with other academic institutions, cultures and healthcare systems can provide valuable insights that go beyond the borders of one's own country.
In this series of lectures, three speech therapists will talk about study or research stays abroad that have broadened their professional and academic horizons. The presentations will highlight the diverse opportunities that such experiences bring, from gaining new perspectives for clinical practice to exploring innovative research ideas in international contexts. This will be followed by an exchange on the diverse opportunities and the chance to ask questions.
